This half a day event will have you sweating, laughing and feeling proud and features boxing, booze & babes a plenty!
Punch Drunk Love is one badass event for all the single chicks out there featuring boxing, booze and babes a-plenty!
First up, release your anger and get that heart rate pumping with a 45-minute kick ass boxing session. This will be followed by a well-deserved ice cold bevvie with your new-found mates before settling into your cosy picnic rug with your cheese platter & glass of bubbles by your side.
Our all-female line up features accomplished and inspiring speakers who have the knowledge, tools and qualifications to help other women accept and embrace their singledom!
Venturing into areas unexplored, like knowing it’s OK to be single! (shock!) Sit back with a glass of vino andlisten to the experiences of some intelligent and hilarious chicks who will share their knowledge on all things love, dating and self-worth.
And we promise…there’ll be no “preachy” and “unrealistic” advice or juice cleanses and naff empowerment talk, just easy to follow real tips from real women.
Join in on this half day event aimed at joining like-minded single women together for an afternoon of exercise, alcohol and thought-provoking presentations. The day will conclude with you not only having a belly full of cheese & love but with a relaxing meditation session.
About our speakers...
mily Chadbourne is an expert in love, having travelled the globe to find out everything she possiblycould about what makes men and women tick and has used this knowledge to now show others how to date, heal and have thebest kind of relationship they can.
qually equipped when it comes to love, Megan Luscombe is a certified life and relationship coach with a background in Psychology, with experience working with couples and individuals, delivering hard-hitting truths on topics such as love, sex, relationships and women’s wellness.
nd lastly but certainly not least, Sam Tallent is a young women’s coach, wellness & lifestyle writer and meditation teacher. After a decade in the corporate world, Sam knew that she had to make some serious lifestyle changes to become truly happy, so the quest began! A self-development junkie, Sam went on to study life coaching and meditation to bring her teachings for women seeking balance and fulfilment in a busy world.
