COMMUNITY AND EVENTS ASSISTANT
The Community and Events Assistant is a friendly, and organised self-starter who is the face of One Roof but also an operator that turns the cogs that makes everything work efficiently behind the scenes. They ensure not even the smallest detail escapes.
The Community and Events Assistant collaborates with the One Roof team to generate new ideas, manage our online presence through the website and captures content for social media and online communications.
They plan ahead and ensures events run smoothly with all the collateral, food and support they need. They pre plans and pre-empts any problems before they happen #lifesaver
They ensures the day to day in the office is seamless with supplies ordered and stocked, mail delivered and guests welcomed with friendly service.
They are passionate and curious, getting to know members, connecting them to one another and eagerly gathering feedback for the One Roof team.
The Community and Events Assistant is super excited about the diversity of the role. This is not a typical office job. There is no one standard day at One Roof. They are a multitasker ready to be on her toes and tackle exciting and fast paced days. Their day might range from setting up and hosting corporate events, chatting to co-working members about their business goals, facilitating member only lunch 'n' learn workshops, interviewing a member for Instagram and greeting guests at reception while at the same time they ensure the space is running smoothly and everything looks immaculate.
They are a problem solver, initiative taker, ambitious, connector and all round badass who #getsshitdone.
